Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.Will have a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products.Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner and directs calls.Leads the lobby experience for each Guest, following Outback hospitality standards.As a Servers Assistant, you will be assisting guests and supporting Servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment.Requirements:Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.Able to work in hot and cold environments.Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed.
