Job Summary The Housekeeping Associate ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet brand standards while delivering friendly and professional customer service. Skills & Knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills Good time management and ability to work independently Attention to detail and organization Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written) Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards (linens, trash removal, dusting, amenities, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public areas Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly Handle lost and found items according to procedure Keep carts, equipment, and storage areas clean, stocked, and organized Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times Provide guests with property information as needed We offer benefits to our full‑time positions after eligibility requirements have been met.
