Store Manager - Kay Jewelers - Orchard Town Center

Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a single store to achieve sales, profitability, inventory control and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop store staff to build a People First culture, promote diversity & inclusion and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute corporate initiatives and ensure brand representation in all customer interactions. Analyze sales reports, identify trends and develop action plans to maximize store performance and achieve sales projections. Manage scheduling, payroll, open/close shifts and ensure adequate coverage to support business needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and visual standards. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of college, preferred a bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years of retail sales experience or 2 years of retail sales plus 1 year of retail management experience, preference for specialty retail or jewelry. Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management systems. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead a team. Bilingual skills are a plus; certification in the Diamond Council of America (DCA) is desirable. Physical Demands Work requires standing, reaching, bending, kneeling or crouching; lifting or moving up to 10 pounds; visual acuity for gemstone inspection. A standard workweek includes weekends, evenings, holidays and extended hours; travel may be required. Compensation Base pay range: $24.04 – $32.60 per hour plus commission on sales.
