MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Village of Waterloo is seeking to fill a position a full-time maintenance supervisor position. This position is responsible for facilities, streets, parks and property maintenance in the Village. Also responsible for supervising maintenance employees, handling monthly reporting, budget preparation, street repairs and maintenance, mowing, snow removal, spraying, levee operations, general repairs and maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Applicant must have a valid drivers license, good driving record, and considerable knowledge in mechanical operations. Must have basic computer knowledge and the ability to organize and maintain records. Must be able to operate all types of equipment, to work in varying weather conditions and to lift and move objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Minimum of one year experience in similar field required. Salary ranges from $35/hr to $40/hr, final salary will be based on qualifications. Must be able to pass a background check.
