• You'll join a physician-owned orthopedic group with established referral patterns and strong regional presence
• Step into an existing hand/upper extremity panel with pent-up demand and immediate access to cases

• Optional growth runway through nearby satellite clinics if you want to expand your footprint

Schedule

• Typical hand surgeon cadence: about 2.5 clinic days and 2.5 surgery days per week
• High surgical volume available from day one, with room to shape your case mix as you ramp
• Trauma call opportunities available as senior partners reduce coverage
• Built-in flexibility to pursue satellite clinic time if desired

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
