Program Administrator

Hybrid Work Schedule Monday thru Wednesday: office. Thursday and Friday: remote option. Program Administrator – Role Overview The Program Administrator is part of O.C. Tanner’s Client Success Department. You will configure and maintain client programs, ensuring they meet client needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Gain full understanding of O.C. Tanner technology to maintain and support configuration and updates to anniversaries program catalog merchandise and pricing. Maintain focus and work effectively amidst multiple competing demands. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams via Zoom, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions to build trust and confidence. Engage in active listening, take ownership, and work with dignity and respect. Question requests that conflict with processes or company business rules. Interpret requests to ensure clear understanding of expected outcomes and communicate with internal teams as needed to gain clarifications. Provide clear updates regarding status, delays, and completion of requests to ensure a positive client experience. Pay attention to detail to deliver accurate and high‑quality outputs with 100% pricing accuracy. Configure, build and maintain changes to templated programs using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other internal systems. Format images of signatures, logos, and photos sent in from the client for print and web brochures. Illustrate emblems, rings, and personalized awards for use in brochures and websites as required. Audit all changes on existing programs. Proofread copy for spelling and grammar and correct as needed. Communicate with the assigned project team members to understand and execute on scope and schedule for each project. Advanced knowledge of internal software: Design/Manufacturing Launcher, SAP, JIRA, Award Text Application, Personalized Awards (PA) system, SharePoint, CRM. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite. Education and/or Experience High school diploma required with relevant work experience.
