What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play an important role in helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

• Providing compassionate, personalized care while building meaningful relationships

• Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team

• Encouraging residents to participate in daily activities and social engagement

• Collaborating with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional resident care

• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
