Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival, providing information about clubhouse facilities and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including common areas, restrooms, and event spaces.
• Monitor clubhouse amenities and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
• Support event setup and breakdown as needed, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly arranged.
• Manage inventory of clubhouse supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Enforce clubhouse policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate them to appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
