Job Summary Collect and verify timekeeping records Process information into software systems Assist with day-to-day payroll and record-keeping operations Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures Collaborate with other departments including Accounting and HR Qualifications Minimum of two years related experience Attention to detail and accuracy Experience with UKG a plus Proficient computer and Microsoft Office program skills including Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles Benefits 401k Retirement Plan with company discretionary match, flexible medical-dental-vision insurance, short-term/long-term disability insurance, basic life/AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and highly competitive pay in addition to PTO.
