No locals (50 miles) Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract Certifications: CBSPD, CSPDT (Either CRCST or CSPDT) Skills: Acute Hospital OR, Automated Endoscope Reprocessors (AER), Chemical agents for decontamination, Disinfectants, High-Level Disinfection (HLD), Manual cleaning, Proper labeling, Ultrasonic cleaner, Use of Washers/sterilizers, Aseptic Technique, Organizing trays, Placing instruments on trays, Proper labeling, Proper selection of wrapping materials, Sterilization wrapping procedures, Endoscopes, Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Sets/trays assembly, Bronchoscopes, Colonoscopes, Cystoscopes, EGD scopes, Endobronchial Ultrasound Scopes (EBUS), Endoscopic Ultrasound Scopes (EUS), Enteroscopes, ERCP Scopes, Fiber Optics, Flex Sigmoidoscopes, Uteroscopes, Equipment Documentation, Sterile Processing Microsystem (SPM), Bariatric, Dental, Ear/Nose/Throat, Endoscopy, General, Laparoscopic, Neurology, OB/GYN, Ortho/Total joints, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, Biological indicators, Chemical indicators, Steam Sterilization Testing/monitoring, Sterrad Testing/monitoring Scrubs: Provided Orientation Details: 8 hrs
