Deal Operations SpecialistThe Deal Operations Specialist is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes listing and pending transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various real estate specific databases. This position will also offer agent support as needed by answering agent questions and ensuring compliance for required paperwork.Responsibilities:Responsible for reviewing, auditing documentation for proper placement in the systemEnter information, upload documents and photos into local MLSCreate and manage transactions in operating systemSend communication to Sales Associates regarding incomplete filesWork with the branch office administrative staff, as well as Agent Services staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance to prevent errorsProvide customer support to all of our agents and supporting staff at our branchesAdditional duties as required by business needQualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in data entry, customer service or real estate related rolesSkillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
