Busy executive family in Houston's Memorial area is seeking an experienced, organized, and nurturing Family Assistant/Household Manager to become a valued long-term member of their household. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping a busy family stay organized and running smoothly. While the primary focus is providing attentive care for the family's bright, creative, and energetic 8-year-old daughter, this role also includes a variety of household support responsibilities. Household responsibilities include family laundry, home organization, coordinating household tasks, running errands, and providing general family assistant support to help simplify the daily demands of two busy working parents. Occasional meal preparation may be requested, though it is not a primary responsibility. The family is seeking someone who values kindness, consistency, positive communication, and teamwork, and who is looking to build a long-term relationship with a wonderful family. This full-time position offers some flexibility for occasional evenings and travel. The family has a swimming pool, so candidates must know how to swim, and a small dog, so applicants must be pet friendly. Candidates with experience supporting children with ADHD or similar executive functioning challenges are especially encouraged to apply. English/Spanish bilingual speakers are preferred. This position is available immediately.
