Four Seasons - 3900 Wailea Alanui Drive - Responsibilities: Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Effectively communicate with culinary team and pool team; Communicate with pool team via radio for special requests, clarifying orders, allergies and other support; Assist in clearing, cleaning and brining all dirty dishes and silverware back to stewarding; set-up of expo, lounge chairs, linens, dishes, acrylic glassware and silver for service; Greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service
