We are seeking an experienced, purpose-driven SAP SuccessFactors consultant to provide high-level support across multiple projects within our Recruiting Management practice. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP recruiting solutions, specifically SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and/or SmartRecruiters. Candidates must also have implementation experience with at least one of the following modules: Employee Central (EC), Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), or Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Key Responsibilities As an SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant at AspireHR, you will work directly with our clients. Your responsibilities will vary depending on each project and may include: Supporting projects involving requirements definition, business-process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end-user training, application configuration, and testing. Providing consulting services to global organizations regarding HCM best practices and helping clients migrate to SAP HCM cloud solutions. Designing, configuring, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Working with project team members to facilitate successful integration among modules and systems. Clearly documenting system configurations, requirements, decisions, and business processes. Effectively transferring knowledge to customers for ongoing maintenance and support. Staying current on relevant SAP releases, features, and leading practices. Maintaining current certifications and subject-matter expertise in assigned solution areas. Requirements Requirements Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions, including experience with one or more of the following: Recruiting Management (RCM) Recruiting Marketing (RMK) SmartRecruiters Hands-on implementation experience with at least one of the following: Employee Central (EC) Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) At least three years of hands-on experience serving as a lead consultant on SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors data models and working knowledge of XML. Understanding of how technology applications support business processes and the ability to apply that knowledge to solve client business problems. Strong SAP and SuccessFactors best-practice consulting skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred Skills Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC, ONB 2.0, ECP, or other relevant modules. Hands-on experience with Metadata Framework (MDF), foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows. Experience with translations and language-pack configuration for data models and MDF. Keen attention to detail when following direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, configuring solutions, and solving problems. Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor other consultants. Strong presentation, facilitation, and consulting skills. Knowledge and Capabilities Ability to clearly share functional and technical knowledge with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently solve complex problems. Strong desire to continue learning and expanding expertise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
