Clinical Nurse Med/Surg unit

Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring safety and quality compliance. Responsibilities Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; evaluate patient preferences and barriers; participate in professional development; and maintain documentation. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, requiring alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications RN license required; education includes Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree. No prior experience necessary, but less than two years\' experience is preferred. Skills and Attributes Critical nursing skills, effective communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.
