Position Summary:

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required)  

Ivy Rehab for Kids – Start-up your own outpatient pediatric clinic!

Location:  

We go where the clinician, and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community! We want our partners to be an integral part of determining the clinic’s location. Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic.

Requirements: 

• You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. 

• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity. 

• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Compensation Range: $84,513.00 – $100,000.00 per year. This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.  

The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range applies to the base salary or hourly rate only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered.
