Asset Protection Investigator

Asset Protection Investigator Salary Range: $21.53 - $26.91 per hour. This role is part of Saks Global's Asset Protection team, focused on preventing losses from external and internal theft and fraud within our Distribution Center. Responsibilities Maintain safety of customers, employees, and store. Assess and assist with emergency situations. Perform monitoring and surveillance to identify indicators of theft and fraud. Conduct internal and external investigations, documenting incidents. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits. Reduce inventory loss through audits and training. Support store operations programs. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection. Customer-focused mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer software proficiency. Investigative and conflict management skills. Ability to respond quickly to changing directions or unexpected situations. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
