Insurance Account Representative This role focuses on growing the agency through relationship-building, sales conversations, and client-focused insurance recommendations. Responsibilities Generate and follow up with leads through calls, referrals, networking, and community engagement Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain accurate client and prospect information using agency systems Provide a professional, positive, and solutions-focused client experience Contribute to a high-performance team environment What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, coachable, and comfortable having sales conversations. Qualifications Proven sales experience required Insurance or financial services experience preferred Property & Casualty license required before starting Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of hire Strong communication and relationship-building skills Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and Windows-based technology Organized, dependable, and committed to excellent client service Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $40,000 – $60,000 annually Commission opportunities Performance-based bonuses Paid time off Ongoing training and mentorshipCareer advancement opportunities Supportive and professional team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
