In this role, you'll serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and business data to drive product innovation and growth.

Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, you'll lead product development initiatives, support product strategy, and help bring customer-focused solutions to market. Highlights of Your Role

• Lead assigned product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, market, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using customer, market, sales, and financial data.
• Define product positioning, key features, customer value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches and maintain product documentation.
• Serve as a product expert, supporting internal teams with training, guidance, and market insights.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including enhancements, engineering changes, and portfolio optimization.
• Travel up to 25% to gather customer and partner feedback.

You're a Good Fit If You Have (Or If You Can)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Development, or a related field.
• Experience building business cases and supporting product launch initiatives.
• Knowledge of construction, building products, or home improvement industries.

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000, pay based on experience #LI-EP1
