Base Pay: $27.05-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Part-Time | Day Shift

Weekend Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for weekend shift hours

Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our part-time day shift nursing team.

As an LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support residents' daily healthcare needs, and work alongside a dedicated team committed to quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
