Let us talk financials because this package is giving pure luxury! We start your base at a highly competitive $21–$24/hr just for stepping through the door. But we do not stop there! Your total earning potential shoots straight into the stratosphere at $35–$40/hr once you factor in our insane monthly bonus structures, steady foot traffic, and generous client tips. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
