  What you will do: 

The Office Administrator/Dispatcher is a pivotal role within the Service Delivery department, responsible for the effective coordination and scheduling of service and maintenance activities for Field Service Technicians and customers. This position ensures the timely flow of information and resources, contributes to operational efficiency, and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

A successful Office Administrator/Dispatcher will drive the following outcomes:

1. Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
2. Coordinate work order schedule with Technicians and customers
3. Maintain inventory and parts that the Field Technicians use
4. Follow up with customers regarding maintenance
5. Customer satisfaction monitoring
6. Other duties as assigned

What we are look for: 

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Customer Service experience is required

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
• A desire to continually increase your knowledge of the industries we serve; and, products, services and processes our company can produce

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
• Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
• Sits for extended periods of time 
• Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitor
