Independent Home Health is hiring a dependable, compassionate Caregiver for an immediate opening with a client in Selinsgrove, PA .

Current Schedule

Every Other Saturday
9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Approximately 6 hours every other week

Pay: $15/hour

This opportunity may be a great fit for someone looking to pick up occasional weekend hours, supplement another job or add caregiving experience to their schedule.

You'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the client's home and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent.

No professional caregiving experience? That's okay. If you're reliable, patient and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
Help with mobility and everyday activities
Prepare meals
Complete light housekeeping
Provide companionship and conversation
Assist with errands or appointments when needed
Follow the individual's care plan
Document the services you provide

What We're Looking For

You must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Have a valid driver's license
Have reliable transportation
Be able to complete required background checks
Be dependable, caring and patient
Be available every other Saturday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
