Project Coordinator

Established manufacturer in Laurens County, SC is hiring a Project Coordinator to support plant leadership and keep projects on track. This role handles administrative work alongside hands-on project coordination, acting as the go-between for leadership, production staff, vendors, and clients. What You'll Do Coordinate and track projects from kickoff to completion, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables Flag project risks early and help problem-solve to keep work on schedule Prepare status reports and updates for plant leadership Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items Maintain project records, files, and confidential documentation Support vendor coordination and purchasing Track budgets, process expense reports, and handle invoicing Serve as the main point of contact between project teams, vendors, and plant staff What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or project management in a manufacturing environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) Experience supporting leadership teams Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal Comfortable handling confidential information Impact Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation or gender identity) national origin, disability, age (40 or older) or genetic information including family medical history. #J-18808-Ljbffr Impact Staffing
