Marketing Analyst (Demand Generation)

What you’ll do:The Demand Generation – General Market leads integrated demand generation initiatives across the full portfolio, focusing on market awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration. This role supports regional commercial priorities by aligning campaigns with sales objectives, distributor strategies, and customer buying behaviors across Central America and the Caribbean.Job ResponsibilitiesA. Design and execute regional demand generation campaigns across digital, channel, and field marketing initiatives.B. Align closely with sales and channel partners to ensure campaigns support regional growth priorities and market realities.C. Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and lead nurturing strategies across the full buying journey.D. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.E. Support regional go-to-market launches, promotions, and distributor programs.F. Coordinate with product management and application engineering to translate technical value propositions into compelling messagingG. Take care of Eaton Brand Presence at the Distributors and Hardware Store levels, according to corporate guidelinesQualifications:FundamentalBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (completed).Experience in demand generation, B2B and B2C marketing, channel marketing, or business development roles.Familiarity with electrical distributor and partner-led go-to-market models in emerging markets.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools:WordExcel (advanced data analysis)PowerPointPower BI (advanced market analysis and reporting)Advanced English.
