SBHE Project DirectorSalary: $85,000This position is set to start in October 2026Position Summary: The SBHE Project Director of Seminole Behavioral Health Expansion (SBHE) project in the implementation of the System of Care, Children's Mental Health grant awarded by Federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA). The Project Director is a member of the S BHE grant management team and will work collaboratively to implement the strategic plan. This position requires knowledge and experience in Project Management, Systems of Care, Mental Health, Child/Youth serving systems and having leadership background in administration to successfully support implementation and adoption of the grant initiative goals.Technical/Functional Expectations:Assist with Monitoring Program Performance/ Adherence to Contract Measures – essential function: This position works to monitor performance in accordance with contractual measures and provides strategic direction to produce desired outcomes.Clinical consultation – essential function: This position will provide mental health consultation to the Care Coordinators and Peer Advocates working with for children, youth and adults in SBHE program.Strength Based Family/Youth Centered Practice Orientation – essential function: This position is expected to work in a Strength Based Family-Centered manner in order to enhance Agency Wraparound philosophy and values.Data Reporting – essential function: Responsible for data tracking, analyzing and summarizing data, and data presentation in multiple forums.Continuous Learning: Attend workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain current knowledge of instructional technologies.Other duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions for developmental purposes.Behavioral Competencies:Successful background in leadership of SOC and Wraparound implementation: Proven experience in wraparound implementation and the system of care are required in order to serve in this role.Leadership: Able to motivate others to take personal responsibility; mobilize people to face, define, and solve problems; develop capacity of others to adapt to change; lead past status quo to achieve new levels of excellence or change.Organization Awareness: Able to identify and use information about people, political dynamics, and the organization's climate in order to promote change; use knowledge of timing, agendas, and group processes to accomplish legitimate objectives.Decision Making: Able to make objective decisions when dealing with emotional or controversial topics; identify and choose between multiple options; understand consequences of potential decisions.Analytical Problem Resolution: Able to use systematic techniques to define problems, options, and solutions; evaluate alternative solutions; solve technical problems using logic.Team Building: Able to develop team effort; confront negative attitudes to build commitment and morale; get factions with competing perspectives to learn from one another; integrate efforts and talents of team members.Sensitivity: Work effectively with and show sensitivity to cultural differences and various socio-economic backgrounds of others.Ethics: Adhere to and model principles and values of Agency and System of Care by being strength-based, solution-focused, maintains highest level of integrity and ethical standards and work collaboratively with employees, partners, stakeholders and clients in all interactions.Business Experience:Master's Degree in a Social Service-related field or business-related field required.License in Mental Health, Social Work or related preferred.Two years' stable, progressively responsible project management and high level supervisory, Wraparound and system of care experience required.Family Partnerships of Central Florida is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employers All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
