Job Summary
365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35) and is hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL professionals to operate regional lanes serving the Columbia, SC area. We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles, access to secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits to support time on the road and at home.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (begins after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days of employment.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I‑35 with operations serving Columbia, SC and surrounding markets.
- Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors; strict no slip‑seating policy.
- Driver Comfort: Each tractor is equipped with an APU, a 1,500‑watt inverter, and a factory refrigerator.
- Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook).
- Company Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainees (Entry‑Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
