Proper Remodeling LLC is a family-owned company proudly serving Austin and surrounding areas. We specialize in helping homeowners with their remodeling needs, and we’re growing our sales team! We’re looking for motivated, people-friendly individuals who are reliable, quick to learn, and ready to build a rewarding career. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide full training to set you up for success. What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Present and promote remodeling services and products
- Build trust and provide excellent customer service
- Close sales through effective communication and professionalism
- Represent our BBB-accredited company with pride
- Commission-only position with a highly competitive rate
- High earning potential: $80,000 – $150,000+ annually
- Weekly pay
- Sign-on bonus: $500/month for your first 3 months
- Full-time, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- Local travel to Austin and surrounding areas (no long-distance travel required)
- Outgoing, dependable, and goal-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- No sales experience required – we’ll train you!
