FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN $25–$32/hr | MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE

If you know your way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance , this is a solid, steady job. You’ll keep a large facility running right and fix problems as they come up.

• Work on HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, and building utilities
• Handle electrical repairs — wiring, motors, fixtures, controls
• Fix and maintain plumbing systems
• Use hand and power tools for repairs and installs
• Run preventive maintenance on equipment
• Read gauges, meters, and system data
• Keep records and complete work orders
• Walk the facility and catch issues early

• Experience in facilities or building maintenance
• Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
• Able to troubleshoot and fix problems on your own
• Comfortable using tools and working on multiple systems
• Reliable and gets the job done

• $25–$32/hr depending on experience
• Multiple shifts available

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boys Town, NE.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
