Ultra Ceilings Inc is a growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality commercial projects safely, on time, and within budget. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, Contractors, and project teams.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact cost or schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare project reports, change orders, and progress updates.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure quality workmanship.
• Track project costs and approve invoices and subcontractor payments.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
