Cabinet Repair Artist

Benefits Competitive salary Dental insurance Vision insurance Kitchen Tune-Up Tucson/Marana is seeking a Cabinet Repair Artist to work on kitchen cabinet projects in Tucson, Marana and surrounding areas. This part‑time position requires approximately 3–4 days per week with an initial pay of $17 per hour, increasing after a 90‑day probationary period. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a career in cabinet repair and restoration. Responsibilities Arrive to job sites on time wearing the branded shirt and appropriate work clothing. Follow a repair checklist to restore wood cabinets and other wood surfaces by color matching and reconditioning finishes. Adhere to instructions from the project manager and Kitchen Tune-Up’s customer service Trustpoints on every project. Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep track of tools. Communicate daily with the project manager regarding progress. Work efficiently to minimize downtime for clients. Travel as required to Tucson, Marana and surrounding communities. Qualifications Stellar work ethic and willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Friendliness and professional demeanor when interacting with customers. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Pass criminal background check. Ability to color‑match; color blindness is disqualifying. Proficiency with a tape measure; familiarity with fractions is a plus. Perks & Other Information Flexible schedule and multiple territories.
