Description

• Conduct assessments in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment strategies
• Deliver targeted physical therapy techniques aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Work collaboratively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to enhance patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and suitable home exercise routines
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive patient treatment

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a recognized equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, pediatric) are advantageous but not necessary

Skills

• Prior experience is strongly encouraged
