Psychiatrist Opportunity at Chrysalis PsychiatryChrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico nestled in the Rio Grande Valley with the beautiful Sandia Mountains at its edge. We specialize in high quality, evidence-based treatments, offering comprehensive services such as medication management and interventional therapies for PTSD, depression, and other mental health conditions. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our team. At Chrysalis Psychiatry, we offer a dynamic environment where you can grow your career and develop skills in leading medical technologies such as TMS, psychotherapy, academic research, Ketamine therapy and more, all while making a meaningful impact in New Mexico's diverse population.Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.Develop and implement individual treatment plans.Provide medication management and psychotherapy.Administer TMS motor thresholds and monitor patient progress.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and timely medical records, billing must match time scheduled with patients.Qualifications:Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.Board certification in psychiatry.Valid medical license to practice in New Mexico.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to ongoing professional development.Must maintain 32 clinical hours per week.Position is onsite in Albuquerque, NM.Experience with TMS is a plus.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary, up to $400,000 or more plus bonus and benefits package.Higher earning potential with more clinical hours worked.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Flexible schedule and visit times.Contact Haley Waggerman, Director of People to apply or for more information.
