Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse

We are looking for a licensed nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist or LPN. The ideal candidate will live within the Phoenix, Arizona area and travel to facility locations across multiple cities. Day travel and some overnights may be required, including early morning wound rounds based on facility schedules. Periodic (annual at minimum) corporate training may involve flight travel and hotel stays. Travel arrangements are made and paid for through our travel management system, with reimbursement of incidental expenses. Full PPE is provided for each employee conducting facility visits, and telehealth tools are available for facilities that need remote service. Responsibilities Work with long‑term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions Monitor proper application and utilization of wound care products Understand Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines Educate facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements Order wound care products through our internal system "FastCare" for residents to receive their products Support facility wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of wound care product coverage guidelines Requirements Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OT‑RL, DPM or similar) preferred; certification may be obtained in the first year of hire Exemplary customer service skills Business savvy and sales‑minded Self‑starter capable of working independently Hard‑working and motivated Organized and detail‑oriented Live in the designated area and be willing to travel daily #J-18808-Ljbffr
