FUEL CENTER/CLERK

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. MINIMUM * Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work without direct supervision DESIRED * Any related experience * Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure * Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service * Pump gas * Complete daily tour and inspection * Fill out incident and security reports * Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report * Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department * Perform cashier functions * Answer telephones * Comply with corporate policies * Comply with all safety guidelines and standards * Promote and follow company initiatives * Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures * Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment. * Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner. * Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information. * Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues. * Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults. * Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
