Seeking a highly adaptable Principal Product Designer, AI Native for a full-time remote position, responsible for establishing strategic direction and product vision, mentoring team members, and leading major design initiatives across Pinterest's business products. Key responsibilities: Establish the strategic direction and product vision for integrating AI-based assistive tools into consumer products Lead major design initiatives and communicate the design team's efforts across the organization Mentor and grow talent within the team while setting and refining design quality standards Required qualifications: 12+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt shaping, and AI product flows A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in product design and strategy Ability to inspire and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
