Schedule Monday to Friday, primarily between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend flexing for compensatory time off during the week. Job Description We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic therapy team in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role requires experience in inpatient rehab, focusing on the treatment and recovery of adults and older adults facing severe injuries or illnesses. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Implement therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation is required.
