Patient Care Advocate

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Patient Care Advocate will manage inbound calls and emails from patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and resolve medical requests while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities Answers phone calls and serves as the primary communication front for the organization, focusing on customer service Utilizes EHR systems to assist patients with scheduling and inquiries, making informed decisions during service requests Maintains call center database accuracy and meets performance metrics for productivity and quality assurance Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred Two+ years of experience in an inbound call center environment One year of healthcare experience, such as a Medical Assistant or similar role Strong telephone soft skills developed through prior customer or patient service experience Familiarity with the EPIC system is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
