Responsibilities

At Community Health System,you’llbe part of a dedicated nursing team committed to delivering safe,skilledand compassionate care across ourhospitals.As a Registered Nurse,you’llsupport a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinicalexpertisein an environment built on teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized care plans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. Youmaintainaccurate,timelydocumentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Consistent demonstration of proficient clinical nursing practice proficiency required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
