What You'll Be Doing

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Managing and mentoring a team of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing costs to meet financial goals.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the team to implement strategies for growth and improvement.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Leadership Skills: A natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
• Time Management: Must be able to work 50 or more hours per week, including 10 hours of overtime.
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
