We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to work one-on-one with our pediatric client in an in-home setting in the Phoenixville, PA area. The available shifts are Monday thru Friday or Saturday and Sunday available . Additional clients in surrounding areas and full-time or part-time positions are also available. Implementation of the Nursing Care Plan as outlined by the Primary Nurse. Implement medication changes according to verbal and/or written physician orders. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Accurately observe and promptly report changes in the patient's physical or mental status to the Nursing supervisor. Accurately record nursing observations, activities, and treatments on the appropriate forms. Ability to follow a physician's plan of care under the supervision of our Director of Nursing Communicate with family members, in office staff and all supporting health professionals Requirements for Employment Current Pennsylvania Skilled Nursing License Current CPR Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Must pass State and Federal Criminal Background Checks Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray Must be able to pass Skilled Nursing pre-employment test Form of Transportation to Client's Residence EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Health Care
