Data Labeling Associate - Tamil Speakers

Welo Data is hiring a Data Labeling Associate (Tamil) to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee

Duration: 1-year contract (extension possible)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated content and provide quality feedback.
Review model performance, identify errors, patterns, and edge cases.
Apply evaluation guidelines and contribute to process improvements.
Document findings and communicate insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

✅ Native-level Tamil proficiency
✅ Bachelor's degree or higher
✅ B2+ English proficiency
✅ 1-2 years of professional writing experience
✅ 2+ years of experience related to GenAI safety, data quality, QA, annotation, or analysis preferred
✅ Strong critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail

Important

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
This is a 100% onsite role . Candidates must live in or be able to commute to one of the listed locations.
