Position Type: Part-time with potential for full-time hire
Compensation: $14 - $15/ an hour
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team to assist with making calls and handling some clerical duties. This position offers the possibility to grow into a Recruiter role in the future. Ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to candidates and clients as needed.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as data entry and file organization.
- Provide support to the team and contribute to daily operations.
- Learn and develop skills for potential advancement into a recruiter role.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
