We are seeking a Concierge / Admin to join our team! You will perform greeting and administrative functions in order to provide a welcoming and informative environment is this new luxury community and clubhouse.
Concierge - Full Time, Hopewell Township, NJ - On site community concierge needed for busy on site clubhouse office in large and under construction HOA community. Report to full time on site Community Manager. Serve as receptionist; welcoming liaison; handle oral and written communications, email, voicemail and in person; process work orders and architectural requests. Maintain files and work with board of trustees and committees. Excellent opportunity for experienced Concierge with the great interpersonal skills, communications, use of Word and property management software. Salary commensurate with experience and education.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
