Position Overview Loan Officer to represent Black Diamond Mortgage in communities within Montana. Responsibilities Develop a prospective client database. Originate 3‑10 loans per month. Participate in regular video meetings with the corporate office. Aim for approximately 3 applications per funded loan. Compensation Income per loan can average $5,000, reaching upwards of $10,000.
