Everhome Suites Yuma is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team!

We are seeking someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, functional, and guest-ready. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance responsibilities in a hotel environment.

Compensation:

$19 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms and common areas

• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, and equipment

• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and work orders

• Respond promptly to guest and team maintenance requests

• Maintain the exterior, grounds, mechanical areas, and maintenance workspace

• Assist with room turns and ensure rooms meet hotel standards

• Identify potential safety or maintenance concerns before they become larger problems

• Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and preventative maintenance

• Follow all company safety procedures and brand standards

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has general maintenance or facilities experience; hotel experience is a plus

• Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Provides great customer service and communicates professionally with guests and team members

• Can prioritize multiple tasks and respond appropriately to urgent maintenance needs

• Is willing to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional weekends or on-call situations

• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
