Associate Attorney Location: Orlando or Tampa, Florida Experience: 2 - 5 years Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments. Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships. Stay current on relevant laws and legal trends to provide effective counsel. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership. 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in practice area, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and construction defense. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
