ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving operational success. Serving as the face of the organization to prospective talent and customers, you are responsible for interacting with candidates and hiring managers to set up interviews. This will involve juggling calendars, being mindful of time zones, and ensuring the correct rooms are booked. You will also be responsible for escorting candidates to their interviews with hiring managers 2 days a week. In addition, some administrative duties will be assigned, such as checking backgrounds for candidates in process. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Schedules 15+ interviews per day. Coordinating with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters. Checks backgrounds as needed. Provides administrative support as needed, including ensuring that new openings are opened under the right leadership and supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience Required Customer service experience Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in scheduling and/or coordinating. Physical Requirements / Work Conditions Primarily works in an office environment, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. Frequent use of phone and computer systems for communication and data entry. Ability to walk candidates to their interviews.
