Express Employment is assisting a well-known local construction company with their hunt for qualified and reliable Concrete Finishers to join their team! These are full-time and long-term openings available to start immediately!

Wage & Hours:

1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am-4 pm, $23-$30/hour

Concrete Finisher responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Read and understand blueprints
• Place concrete with rake, shovel, or related equipment
• Assist with finishing concrete (if you have your own tools, that is a plus)
• Able to operate saws and concrete removal equipment
• Assist in setting forms and wall panels
• Ability to set grades, elevations and pitches
• Keep work sites clean and free of workplace hazards
• Wear PPE at all times and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• HSD or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 70lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to work both as a team and independently
• Must possess strong communication skills and basic math skills
• Previous construction, carpentry, or concrete experience is highly preferred

Requirements: 2-4 years of concrete experience required
