STI is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to develop and maintain 508-compliant learning materials across formats, including eLearning and instructor-led sessions. You will collaborate with SMEs and leadership to align content with organizational goals and learner needs, delivering on time in a hybrid setting. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of design experience and proficiency with Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia, plus a solid grounding in ADDIE and adult learning principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
